Program Goal

The goal of this program is to provide students with a foundational understanding of human resource management principles and practices. Students will learn about recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance.

Minimum Entry Requirements

  1. KCSE aggregate Grade of D- and above or its equivalent as ascertained by Ministry of Education
  2. Mathematics D-
  3. Either English or Kiswahili D-

The program is typically completed in 6 months of full-time study, or 1 year of part-time study.
